QUALIFICATIONS OF ASPIRANTS
1. You must be an Admin with atleast 120 beneficiaries from your local government as members.
2. You must not be a truant in your primary place of assignment.
3. You must be ready to serve.
4. You must have an active whatsapp line
5. You must also possess all the qualities of a leader.
6. You must be vocal and prowess in your write ups.
